DAILY BIBLE READING: Genesis 1-3

Verses that stuck out to me:

"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them."

"Who told you..."

My own quick thoughts:

• God looked back on his work and knew it was good. This should encourage us to produce good work in our own lives.

  • To look back on something and be proud.

    
    

• Eve was deceived. Her flesh saw what it wanted.

  • Purity will die when we pursue our fleshly desires.

    
    

• God had already given Adam and Even identity.

  • Ensure your identity aligns with God.

    
    

• The Lord clothed Adam and Even after they sinned.
